Is there a website for Jogging or Running tracks available to the public in PA?
Specifically, I'm looking for a non-school 1/4 mile running track that I can use after work. Something around Montgomery County would be perfect or a website with jogging tracks listed for PA.

As far as I know, a website with locations of 400m tracks does not exist anywhere in the world. If you want to find a 400m track that is not located on school property, check to see if there is a YMCA, YWCA, recreation center, etc. with a track. I would say that over 95% of 400m track in the US are located on school properties, so finding one not on school property will be difficult. Is there any reason why you want to find one that is not on school property? If you are concerned about getting in trouble for using the track, why not just call the schools and ask if the tracks are open to the public. I do know many, many tracks where I live that are open to the public, and anyone can use them whenever they want. One exception is that these track are on public school properties.

I don't know of anywhere that lists tracks in the area. There are several reasons not to want to use a school track, including the fact that teams are using it most of the time, and that would prevent you from doing your workout. The only other place that would have a track besides a school or a fitness center, would be a horse track. I dont know of a place in PA, but there is an old horse track in DE that is still relatively clean. If you could find that around you, that would be clutch. If you can't find a track, get a bike with a cyclometer on it. If you can measure out a 1/4 mile loop within a neighborhood, that would be perfect (sidewalks are always open). You can rent a bike from a local bike-shop most likely, if you dont have a bike or a friend with a bike.
